Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

2. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., energy gels or nutritional products).
  • Items that are made to your specific requirements (e.g., custom or personalised goods).
  • Sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g., socks, mouthguards).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. In such cases:

  • Please contact our customer service team immediately at support@vpar.com, including photographs and a description of the fault or damage.
  • We will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

  • Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

2. Deductions

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., used or damaged), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount to cover any loss in value.

Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers are entitled to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods for any reason. If you choose to cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing and return the goods at your own cost.
